Our students are self-driven and highly motivated people that are excited to put their classroom learning to use for real-world clients. They receive a unique experiential learning environment that enhances their resumes and builds upon their classroom learnings. We at the CIRAT believe the best way to learn is through experience, and we look to provide different levels of experience for students based on what they already know. We have a freshman shadow program that helps students secure a position in the CIRAT going forward, and helps build their skills to jump into an analyst position in their Sophomore year of their undergraduate degree. All of our teams are led by experienced students, allowing our juniors, seniors, and graduate students to be highlighted in their leadership skills.
Our students are highly desired candidates for jobs following their work in the CIRAT. These students will be exposed to executives and high ranking administrators and decisionmakers in Fortune 500 companies, government, law enforcement, and all other sectors that the center provides services in.
During students tenure with the center, they can gain up to 4 years of applied experience becoming highly marketable employees upon graduation. Students working for the CIRAT are commonly qualified for mid to senior level positions upon hiring.
